I was in the store when the customer was yelling obscenities at the woman who was behind the register. He was told that he couldn't return a core because it was bought online, and therefore he had wait 24 hours. I only know this because the gentleman behind the register repeatedly told him about ten times. At this point I was getting impatient and angry because the customer was getting belligerent and filming the two cashiers, probably trying to prove something, and was wasting my time and the time of other customers. I just walked out after that. I hope that man has finally reached puberty, I mean maturity, because what he did in that store was angering. Maybe he just had too much time on his hands, being a famous filmer of cashiers at an auto place and all. Good luck to you dude, maybe some neurons will start firing for you soon (:

I was in the store for an oil change and there was a customer screaming at the sales girl about a battery. The guy was out of line, it wasnt the young womans fault that only 2 people were on duty. The sales girl was professional yet he kept yelling and insulting her. I was embarrassed for him. Its the companies fault not the employees.sir if you happen to see this, i hope your life has gotten better because only an incompetent fool would act the way you did.

Purchased a $150 battery and needed a battery swapped out. they would not help although there was an employee outside helping two customers and when i asked for help with the battery i was told that no employee was allowed outside even though i just witnessed two other customers getting help. I was treated very disrespectfully by the so called associates, they told me to come back tomorrow or "do it myself". I swapped the battery myself, then they refused to take the core, told me to come back tomorrow. I asked why i could not return my core and was told to leave?? I told the woman she's incompetent and she threatened to call the police, i said go right ahead. I waited ten more minutes for a store manager but sadly never showed. I hope your store shuts down. You don't deserve to be in business with such lousy customer service. Yes, Catilyn you are incompetent and rude. Feedback: Hire some competent staff. Hire more than two people to work at a store. I will NEVER do business with your store ever again. Next stop, YELP
